Electricity
The electric power is provided by EDENORTE Dominicana S.A.
To ensure a 24/7 service, each property is equipped with a system of inversion in 110 volts (inverter). This system is composed of a current regulator of 5,000 Watts, a charger of 3,500 Watts and a set of 8 batteries of 6 volts.
Water
Water is provided by INAPA.
In complement, a water tank of 75,000 liters is planned in the common parts for the whole residence.
Security
Residence Loma Verde is under surveillance day and night. At the residence gate a doorman is in charge, 24/7, of controlling entries and exits of people and vehicles.
Maintenance
The syndic of Loma Verde has the responsibility of the residence’s maintenance: green spaces, access roads, lighting and waste removal. Residents dispose of waste in a room designed for that purpose.
Leisure activities
A tennis court is planned for those who want to stay in shape, and boxes are available for horses.
Near the artificial pond, residents and their guests can relax in a space of conviviality: a barbecue, a bungalow of wood and palms, and a bowling alley.
Nursery
A ''vivero” or nursery is available to residents, who can find a wide variety of tropical plants to decorate their villas and gardens.
Deli
At the residence entrance is planned a ‘’colmado’’ for the urgent purchase of groceries.
