Purchase of the land unit
A selling contract is signed by the seller and the buyer of the land unit. The titles of property are issued in the name of the buyer and registered with the Court managing Land Ownership in Nagua, after full payment of the land and taxes.
Residence’s Regulations
Concurrently with the signature of the selling contract, the buyer agrees to the regulations of the residence (provided on request) and signs the corresponding document.
Draft Plan
ALS Construcciones provides a Draft Plan for the Construction. The owner approves and signs the draft plans and documents.
Ordering Construction
A construction contract is signed by the owner and ALS Construcciones, for the construction of the dwelling(s). The Detailed Plan of Construction and the Payment Schedule are part of the construction contract.
